Zahlenteam – Recruitment Spot

For Zahlenteam in Oberwil, we produced a recruitment spot designed to stand out in a competitive hiring market. The company was struggling to find new employees, so the goal was to create a campaign that would stop people from scrolling and show the workplace in a memorable way.

The concept: Two ponies, Jackpot and Gina, come in for a trial day at the office. They try to answer the phone, receive packages and become part of the team, but ultimately do not get the job because they lack the required training.

By filming the ponies directly in the office, we created a humorous and eye-catching story while still giving viewers a real impression of the working environment. To ensure transparency and show the care behind the production, we also created a behind-the-scenes film. It documented how the animals were handled on set, including breaks on the balcony, careful movement around them and statements from the pony owner. The result was a playful recruitment campaign with a strong visual hook and a human look behind the scenes.
