ABOUT US
We believe good communication starts with real understanding.
Founded in 2018 by Elias Kaiser, Metaproductions is a small production company built around film, photography and company communication.
We are interested in the people, projects and realities behind a company. Not because everything needs to become a big story, but because good communication needs something real to start from.
That is why we work closely. We listen, ask questions, think carefully and take responsibility for the direction as much as for the result.
For us, production is not just about making something look good. It is about shaping content that feels honest, is carefully produced and can actually be used.
As Metaproductions grows, we want to keep this way of working at the center: close to the people, clear in our responsibility and realistic about what good communication needs.
We work with a small core team and trusted freelancers and partners when a project needs specific skills, scale or perspective. This keeps the company flexible, personal and able to take on projects without losing the way we work.

OPEN POSITIONS
One-year internship in film, photography and content production
This internship is for someone who wants to learn the practical work behind film production, photography, content creation and company communication. You should already have some experience or active interest in creative work.
The role is practical, varied and close to real productions. You will support us in preparation, production, post-production and internal projects. We are looking for someone who is curious and reliable.
You will support the team in areas such as:

preparing film, photo and content productions

assisting on set and during production days
-
helping with equipment, material and production logistics
-
supporting camera, light, sound and general production workflows
-
assisting with editing, post-production and content preparation
-
supporting internal communication, social media and company projects
You are a good fit if you:

are interested in film, photography, content and communication

are reliable, attentive and willing to take responsibility

enjoy working with people and can behave professionally around clients

are open to feedback and willing to learn by doing

are ready to invest a lot into your own development during the internship

speak German and are comfortable working with English when needed
